I love this topic...mind in the trenches here.Perhaps this is a "pet peeve." So I am posing a poll on the preferred method of dealing with people who let their pets poop then walk away leaving it to what? Catch on somebody's shoe?

Question:
What would you do if you witnessed someone letting their dog poop then walking away from it?

Choices:
I would hand them an empty poop bag.
I would hand them a bag and hint strongly what it is for.
I would mumble nasty things and leave it alone.
I would clean it up myself.
