The reporter must've gone back & fixed it because the article did originally say "Northeast". It had initially caught my eye too but then I saw that rsverko had already commented on it.

If you shot them in the face, the childrens could paint a memorial mural for theys memories. Peoples could bring flowers and theys candles to put in front of it and then theys could get theys picture in the paper and tell us all what good boys theys was and we's could all cry and bring them teddy bears to put with the flowers.

Those of you who believe that the police should kill gang members think about it. Do you want a policeman to decide whether you are a gang member and become judge, jury and executioner based on his/her impression? 'Could be you or me at the wrong place at the wrong time.

I believe in strong punishment for lawbreakers, especially gang member types, but only if they are proven guilty. I also think that something should be done about the endless appeals of guilty verdicts. Also, I think all illegal aliens should be deported or worse,

But we can't short circuit the system and just have police officers kill people. That happens in totalitarian countries like Cuba and China. Our Constitution and Bill of Rights prevent that here; at least until the liberals destroy those precious documents.
