But if the police would enforce ALL the laws, including immigration law, the ranks of the gangs (including the Nortenos) would be reduced. And the fact is, although many of the members of are US citizens, the majority of gang leaders are Mexican or Salvadoran nationals. Cut the head off the snake and the body dies.

You are so full of it. There are more Neo-Nazi and white supremacist groups in California than any other. It's just that most of what gets covered in the PD is their bias.

i understand how you feel but he is not a mexican he is greek. I am his mother and I am very hurt and dissapointed by what has happened. I feel sorry for all the mothers who have sons that are gang members. they dont start out that way he was actually a very cute nice young man who everyone liked. Its ashame that this has happened to our family we are actually nice people..when you are actually talking about these kids being shot in the face think about if it was your own it does hurt...

i am the mother of one of these children that was caught in santa rosa i read all the postings and was quite shocked at what i saw. I wish there was a way to rehabilitate these kids instead of just putting them away. my son was just a normal kid who hung out with his grandpa. i dont know how this nightmare started but he hooked up with the wrong crowd. I apologize to all the people that these children have hurt and cannot describe the hurt i feel at this moment....
