I am all for this as soon as they get China to agree to follow it also! Otherwise we just ship our manufactory products overseas to meet the reduction in our greenhouse gases but china just pumps it out over there! End result we lose and the earth is NO better.

This bill must be rushed through before the press releases data from the Department Of Energy, NASA and the world's other most respected scientists denouncing the theory.

It is a fact that the largest contributor of Carbon Dioxide, by far, is the Ocean.The human element is fractional.
An arguement could be made on looking at some of the data, that our atmosphere is cooling as well as Ocean levels dropping.
The truth appears that we are slightly warming ever since recorded time and likely the ice age.

Profiteer,Al Gore refuses to address questions about his theory and only alows confirmed affirmitive hypothisis individuals at his speaking arrangements.
Youtube is fill of clips where a speaker asks a question and Al Gore's security staff cut the microphone and remove the speaker.

So why is there insistance of stoppng the human element in the U.S. and europe?
Closing the industrial manufacturing base using fossil fuels and establishing a new carbon credit bank, using carbon gasses as currency will gain huge profits for the few who have invested in the creation of this bank.

We need balance. We do not need a new carbon currency nor a bank to loan business carbon credits so they can operate. Americans on both sides of this issue need to get informed and understand the economic world changing events that are on our footsteps.

What a tiresome political dance. Passing any sort of climate bill (cap and trade) is just a job killing act of political suicide and the Demos know it.

But a lot of Demo voters like the idea. So what we get the pretense of working on a climate bill but never passing one. Then they get to go blame the evil Republicans for hurting the environment when it's time to begin the re-election campaigns.

Nothing will get done, and a ton of tax payer time and money will be wasted. Very much like the health care debate.
