Quite recently a woman in Wisconsin did the same thing. Called 911 to report herself as a drunk driver. I've heard the recording. The woman says there's a drunk driver. The dispatcher asks "Are you following them?" The woman replies "I am them." For real!

You know you're drunk when you see the "Report Drunk Drivers Call 911" sign, and obey it at the expense of yourself...

I'm not sure who nacosta is, but I am certainly not him....I used 4 dots that time just for all the forum profilers out there...lol
