WINDSOR -- A 30-year-old Windsor man was in the Sonoma County Jail on Sunday on suspicion of stabbing a man in the arm. Arthur Marquez was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at 536 Wall St. The victim also lives on the property, according to sheriff's deputies. Simancas Angel Lopez, 43, suffered a minor stab wound and was treated at Healdsburg General Hospital, according to deputies. Marquez also is suspected of attacking a second man, who fled and was not hurt, deputies said.
