Hey TYKIA, if Josh is innocent, why is it when SWAT ordered everyone out of the house, the people who exited out the front said he "wasn't home", at the same time he was being apprehended by deputies who'd just caught him trying to escape out the back?????

If this guy actually did what he is charged with, this is a heinous crime. He actually broke into somebody's house, stabbed him, and left him hogtied for dead because he wanted what this guy had. This deserves a life term. However, he will probably get a lighter sentence than Dylan Morse, the 18 year old who got drunk and accidentally killed one person and might as well have killed another.
