If the union is collecting dues from the Gallo workers, why don't they have their own list of the employees and their addresses? Looks like the union only cares about collecting dues regardless of who pays them.

Interesting if you look at the Gallo family's contributions politically they are to Boxer, Pelosi, Feinstein, DNC, etc.

And yet, they hate the UFW, a union.

I'm not a Union hater, I just think they don't help their workers anymore. They're so busy trying to get Democrats elected they have no time to defend their members or any interest in it.

And yet people like Gallo, a "progressive" family is an obvious hypocrite by not supporting a minimum wage for their illegals that they employ solely.

And I'm not in favor of illegals, I'm noting the hypocrisy of the Gallo family.

Obviously another vote should be held immediately. Perhaps an observer from the Agricultural Labor Relations Board should be present to certify the process. They can't simply throw out the vote. That serves only the UFW and not the interests of its union members.

Obama is like the CEO of all of the Unions in the country and Congress is like their Board of Directors. There is no way any business will get a fair shake in this climate.

They might as well wait and hope for a radical change in Washington in 2013 before they put a lot of effort into labor changes.
