Representative Fleming is polling the public on his website as to whether or not the people think what’s sauce for the goose should be sauce for the gander as well – i.e. whether or not the general public believe politicians should be required to swallow the same medicine they ram down the throats of their constituents.

Mine is cast as well. As I see it, Congress should have the same 401k, Social Security or other retirement benefits as the rest of us as well!

I agree, hold them to the same as they expect the general population to subsist on. And they are a corrupt elitist group. Much like the Senate of Rome became, before it fell. Uhh, does anybody know if Obama plays the fiddle?  |
