What do you think of the $75 million River Rock Casino expansion deal?

Question:
Based on the news stories about an agreement between Sonoma County Supervisors and the Pomo Tribe of Dry Creek Rancheria, do you favor or oppose the deal?

Choices:
Yes, I'm in favor of the deal allowing expansion of the River Rock Casino
No, I oppose further expansion of the River Rock Casino

Stop your stupid surveys already and do your customer service elsewhere! Or you could tell us what you think if you do at all.

On top of all the other issues, the
architecture, rather set design that
is shown in the rendering is appalling,
adult Disneyland Kitsch. Where are
the good architects who should be screaming
in unison that this should not be built,
that for any with a sense of modesty,
proportion, good taste, this is blight.

I would like to say the following has occured:
1. proposal to have a disabled community sailing program with help from California Rural indian Health board. The result is being blackballed because they POMO and the Ilacky want to have a FACTORY and not a title IX sports program.
2. Result is that the organization will be done with Las Vegas Nevada Business and can never be done in river rock.

I thought you might want to have Paul Harvey give you the WHOLE TRUTH before you make any decision.

Another band-aid solution by the state of Calif. Now the state is dependant on the revenue from Indian gaming, there's going to be less and less people gambling, MAINLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO MONEY, because of the recession, high energy and oil prices and the mortgage crisis. The State needs to fix the entire budget process in Sacramento, not just fixing it with patch work solutions.

Did anyone poll the people living in proximity to the airport before commercial flights were allowed. Or did anyone poll the parents about Santa Rosa schools spending their tax dollars to educate and assist illegals?
I admit our county and municipal leaders are and never were the brightest bulbs, but the indians have as much right to build a casino as grapes growers, only the former dont hire illegals and cause them to be in our schools with the county and cities help!

Probably should survey the folks that have their homes in that area - seems like they deserve to be heard first - never mind what the rest of us think who may frequent this
adult playland very occasionally - we are not stuck at having to look at the structure nor the increased traffic problems - never mind
the potential increase in more crime....
