Mexicans are not a race. So it can't be called a racial thing by intelligent folk.
If you were to refer to them as tribal, then you would be close to right.
Mexican's are a Nationality. But far too scattered to be considered a "race".
Hell, they speak 6 dialects in Mexico, they can't even communicate amongst themselves.

Here is a little project for you I want you (yes you because you have no education in this area) to tell me the facts about gang rapes on American soil that have occurred in the last 15 years. I will give you some hints/search words,. Fresno, Oregon , and Knoxville TN. Santa Rosa and Florida. You can do your own research too but I will require real news links for authenticity.

What you don’t know (because the media has nearly full control of your mind) is nearly every gang rape that occurs on American soil and globally is perpetrated by non- Caucasians. This is a fact I’m sure you wish did not exist. Why is this fact, and what is causing it is open for discussion. There is allot about other cultures that you will never learn because you have an obsolete and unrealistic view that all races commit crime at the same rate, this view is neither realistic nor factual. Over 90 percent of the time when a gang rape occurs on American soil the suspects have dark skin, and more often than not the victim has white skin. 30 percent of all black males will go to prison during some time in their life. Many more Hispanics will drop out of school and commit more crime compared to white students. So far there are 4 suspects with Hispanic names, one who is black and one who is white. There was another arrest today and the video showed a likely Hispanic by led away by the police, we will have to wait for the police to release the name but chances are better than average he is another Hispanic who has no respect for women in general. It’s not always about legal or illegal Mexican it actually has more to do with treatment of woman within their impoverished cultures.

I'm not trying to defend them ocliflex1234, but to to say it's a culture thing from a country is just plain ignorant. I believe this is more of a Richmond thing rather than a culture thing.

You could also say this is a man problem seeing that more than 85% of rapes are committed by men, but yet you blame culture.

You can can continue blaming culture, race, or nationality, to me it's plain and simple that scum low-life committed these crimes.

I have tried to educate you on the term Rapto and what it means in mexico, but I bet you still don’t know. It’s acceptable to rape women and girls in mexico whether or not you understand this is irrelevant.

I'm betting more like 98 percent of rapes are committed by men, but when you talk about gang rape you find whites are not heavily involved in this crime.

Arrests of Immigrants With Criminal Records on the Rise.

LOS ANGELES — Immigration agents assigned to track down people who have ignored deportation orders have increasingly arrested immigrants with criminal records during the past year, new data show.

Data from Immigration and Customs Enforcement show a shift from the prior three years, when more than 70 percent of immigrants arrested by fugitive operations teams had no criminal histories.

About 45 percent of the 35,000 immigrants arrested by the teams during the 2009 fiscal year had criminal convictions. The figure is up from 23 percent during the prior year.

ICE has long claimed it focused on arresting immigrants with criminal convictions who ignored orders from immigration judges to leave the country.

But most people arrested had no criminal histories, which prompted outcries from immigrant rights groups.

ICE director John Morton said earlier this year the agency would focus on finding immigrants with criminal records or who have ignored deportation orders. However, he said other illegal immigrants would be arrested if they were present during the operations,

"The goal is to prevent crime rather than simply to respond to it," ICE spokesman Brandon Alvarez-Montgomery said.

One reason for the change is that agents are working more closely with local law enforcement to develop leads, ICE spokeswoman Virginia Kice said.

Immigrants rights advocates were skeptical of the numbers and wondered whether the data marked a real change in a program they have long criticized as a source of fear in immigrant neighborhoods.

It's unclear whether the Obama administration has shifted the program's focus or whether agents in some regions have just been more successful at finding criminals, said Carl Bergquist, policy advocate for the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles.

"I think the jury is still out," added Paromita Shah, associate director of the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild.

Earlier this year, Morton also announced the fugitive teams had stopped using arrest quotas.

Mark Krikorian, executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies in Washington, said agents should have discretion about who they arrest, given what he considers the daunting task of finding more than 500,000 immigrants who have evaded deportation orders.

"They've got to start somewhere, and they look for people obviously that have national security issues as well as serious criminals," said Krikorian, whose organization favors stricter limits on immigration.

"As long as they're not sending the message that other illegal aliens will simply be let go, then I don't have a problem with it." he said.

Well then where did you study the Mexican culture? what University? or have you lived there? If non then how can you say what is there culture and what isn't.

Im sure rape occurs in Mexico like it does in every country, but to say its accepted, then that's just being ignorant.

Needless to say I’m not the least bit surprised; people like you often lack motivation when the answer they are seeking is not the one they want. Ok dunce I did the “hard work” for you. You can learn allot in this world by just doing a 5 minuet Google search about nearly any subject. Remember that last sentence it will help you in the future.

Read them and consider yourself enlightened on the subject of rape and Mexican culture. If you find contrary info post that and we can debate it.
