This is not Orly's suit. This is another going after the State of Hawaii for reporting that she claimed to have seen his document. If she seen it then, it has to be public record.

Sense both Obam and the DoH had waived their privacy rights by releasing recorded information of protected records. Those records should be made public now! This by the law of the State of Hawaii.
