Can you believe that our tree-hugging city fathers (and mothers) would consider not allowing a restaurant like In-N-Out because they have a drive-thru window? Give me a break. It is heathier fast food than most places. Maybe that is a trade-off. The city needs the sales tax revenue and if they are worried about green-house gasses, then why tear up Courthouse Square? That will give off way more greenhouse gasses than people waiting for their burgers and fries. Let's not make Santa Rosa the next Sebastopol or Berkeley!
