ummm that would only happen if she ignored the ticket or had ignored previous tickets. If she had been taking responsibility for her actions, then her life would not have been "ruined". Or do you not believe in personal responsibility?

First off jacatjake, excessive honking isn't a crime but honking when not reasonably necessary to continue safe operation of a motor vehicle is. It's only an infraction and they don't issue warrants in this county for vehicle code infractions they just suspend your drivers license. You lost any credibility with me by posting what is either a total lie or something that is at least exxagerated and/or filled with only partial truths.
